This is my first deceased person portrait and the story of the imagery is amazing! I found out afterwards that Larry had two, state of the art, successful brain surgeries. One on each side of his head which left him with internal wires. His wife Annie said, “I can’t explain it, but ever since i took this portrait home I’ve been fine. I see him age appropriate, healthy and with the wires on the outside. He’s letting me know that he is ok, and if he’s ok, I’m ok.”
